Miguel Cabrera Loves Booze and Domestic Violence; Hates Winning Baseball Games
Saturday morning, Tigers general manager Dave Dombrowski, had to get out of bed at 7am to pick up grown man and Tigers first baseman, Miguel Cabrera, from jail after he was detained following a drunken fight with his wife.
Cabrera went 0-4 stranding 4 runners on Friday against division rival Chicago, then got plowed at a local hotel, arrested, and then went 0-4 leaving 6 on base in a 5-1 loss to the White Sox again on Saturday night. I’m not one to judge, but I’m pretty sure drinking your face off, and then staying up all night slapping your wife cannot be good for your batting average. But at least he proved he can still make contact with something.
