Fans heckled the 5’9” 150 pound freshman with taunts and chants because of his uncanny resemblance to Pop icon, Justin Bieber.  Little did the students of this Christian university know the poor kid was deaf.  The taunts literally fell on deaf ears.]]></description>

The billboards were in response to Ohio State's president Gordon Gee calling TCU and Boise State "little sisters of the poor"  because of their weak schedules.
