Nuggets Give George Karl Blood Clot.

After battling neck and throat cancer, suffering through chemo and radiation, George Karl had to be readmitted to the hospital with a blood clot that was no doubt caused by his team.    Guilt can lay heavy on a person’s heart and health, and the Nuggets made sure Karl received plenty.

The Nuggets headed into the first round against a lesser seeded Jazz team riddled with injuries, and instead of uniting, going for the kill, and winning one for their sick gipper, the Nugs chose to play with no heart.  Then blamed the loss on not having a head coach pressent.

Instead of,

“you go home with your family and get better coach.  We got this.”

Karl Got,

“Absolutely. That’s no slight on A.D. He’s done a great job trying to maintain and handle the guys we have on this team. But yeah, definitely. I think you’d see that from any team that lost their head coach for the second-half of the season.”

For the Record:

You owed your guy at least a first round victory.

You all but blamed the loss on the poor guy, why not take it a step further and demand an apology?  It was reported that this process has caused him to lose 25lbs, but honestly, how tired could a little chemo have made him?  Nothing some Red Bull couldn’t cure, that’s for sure.  And I am sure having procedures done to his neck and throat, coupled with a mouth full of sores, were very inconvenient, but his team full of veterans needed him.  He should’ve manned up, taken a throat lozenge, gargled some salt water, and found a way to use his voice.  I mean, the blood clot wasn’t even in his arms, it was in his leg.  As far as I am concerned he still could have drawn up a few plays on his clip board.

This loss is obviously his fault.
