Frisbee Inventor Dead at 90

With what started with the toss of a tin cake pan at the beach, Walter Frederick Morrison went on to manufacture the “Pluto Platter” back in the 40′s which later became known as the Frisbee when Wham-O Manufacturing bought the invention from Morrison in 1957.

Since then, over 200 million discs have been sold all over the world leading to the great sports of Ultimate Frisbee and Frisbee Golf. Without which, non-athletic suburban white kids, at college campuses across the country, would not have ever seen the sun between rounds of Counter-Strike and internet porn sessions.
