what reason other than injury could there be? the nba has strict uniform codes that only injury can override.
and you thought he was great in the 90s? he was drafting in 98, meaning he played (in an unremarkable manner, i might add) for about a year and a half in the 90s.

Jamison hurt his shoulder in the pre-season, against Ilgauskas and the Cavs, and missed the Wizards' first nine games of the year. He has to wear the one-sleeved shirt to cover up the tape that protects that shoulder. The slightest bit of research probably would have answered your question before you made this inane post.
