In what couldn’t be better scripted for disaster, USC has brought Lane Kiffin to LA in the midst of recruiting violation investigations and Pete Carroll’s departure. Kiffin only spent one year at the Univeristy of Tennessee, but made headlines probably 40 times for possible NCAA infringements in contacting high school recruits improperly.
USC is under investigation for improper benefits to players like Heisman winner Reggie Bush and early exiting Joe McKnight.
Rumor is Lane Kiffin is renting a condo next door to Mater Dei in Santa Ana. At least he’s being honest.
