The Mets must now add franchise ace  Johan Santana and right fielder Jeff Francouer to their disabled list that was already longer than an excel spread sheet of Bill Plaschke’s Asian porn collection.

When asked about Johan’s injury Mets SP Mike Pelfrey offered,

“I don’t think anyone expects good news.”

I think it is safe to say that this statement is pretty much accurate.  I don’t think anyone with knowledge of the Mets is expecting any news other than Citi field being built over an ancient vodoo cemetary filled with homerun impeding ghosts with a severe passion for inflicting season ending  concussions, tendonitis, and ACL tears.
